First Second Thursday - September!

Yes, we will be back! After a summer vacation, the GSLC Rams First Thursday Events will start on the second Thursday in September.
uh, well, you see it's like this ....
Actually, it's simple: the first ESPN Thursday night football game features NC State the week before. We are guys, aren't we?

REMINDER NOTE: RAMS tees & polos are available and will be brought to this event. Please bring your checkbook to take yours home!

Our speaker is Dr. Richard Adelman. Dr. Adelman runs a family practice in N. Raleigh, and has been practicing in Raleigh for over 20 years. Besides family practice, he also specializes in both geriatric and sports medicine. Dr. Adelman also spends time reaching out to our community for the purposes of health and wellness education. One of his special topics is "God wants us to be healthy", a discussion he held earlier this year at GSLC.
